Project Manager Custom Signs

Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Manager to oversee custom signage projects from customer approval through manufacturing, installation, and completion.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

Manage assigned signage projects from handoff through completion.

Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Estimating, Design, Permitting, Manufacturing, Installation, and Accounting.

Review project scopes, proposals, drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Obtain and track customer approvals, sign-offs, and required project documentation.

Develop, monitor, and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

Coordinate material requirements, manufacturing schedules, installation activities, and other project dependencies.

Identify potential delays, scope discrepancies, and project risks; proactively communicate and resolve issues.

Prepare, document, and coordinate change orders to ensure additional work is properly approved and priced.

Maintain accurate project information and status updates in the company's ERP system.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability while supporting quality standards and customer expectations.

Conduct timely follow-ups with internal departments and customers to keep projects moving forward.

Ensure project documentation is complete and projects are properly closed out.

What We're Looking For

Experience in project management, project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or a related field.

Sign-industry experience is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP or project management systems.

Ability to collaborate across departments, take ownership of responsibilities, and proactively address challenges.

     Relevant experience is valued; a college degree is not required when supported by applicable skills and experience.

Hours

This position is based on a standard 40-hour workweek, with flexibility to accommodate project timelines. While the typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, additional hours may be required from time to time to meet project deadlines or business needs. Flexibility in work hours is essential to support the success of the team and ensure timely delivery of projects.
